Nicolet Vascular Obstetrical Dopplers and Vascular Dopplers from Mohawk Medical Mall

Nicolet Vascular is a major provider of medical Doppler ultrasound products and has an extensive line of Obstetrical Dopplers and Vascular Dopplers as well as complete physiologic testing systems that aid in diagnosing peripheral arterial disease. Nicolet Vascular also provides transcranial Doppler systems for non-invasive evaluation of bloodflow to the brain. The company continues to be at the forefront of technology to enhance existing products and to develop new products that provide the most convenient and reliable vascular and fetal monitoring medical equipment available.

Pocket Dop II Doppler

Obstetrical and Vascular Versatility
The Pocket Dop II from Nicolet Vascular is known worldwide as the leading hand-held Doppler. With its interchangeable obstetrical and vascular probes, the Pocket Dop II offers exceptional versatility. Use the 2 MHz or 3 MHz obstetrical probes to hear the fetal heartbeat. Use the 5 MHz or 8 MHz vascular probes to screen patients at risk for stroke, peripheral arterial disease, deep vein thrombosis and other occlusive vascular conditions or to monitor difficult pulses and obtain systolic blood pressures quickly and easily. The Pocket Dop II is useful anywhere you are interested in evaluating blood flow.

Obstetrical Examination
The Pocket Dop II is a valuable aid in detecting pregnancy and monitoring the fetal heartbeat. The built-in speaker amplifies fetal sounds to reassure the expectant mother. A complete obstetrical system should include a 3 MHz doppler probe for early fetal heartbeat detection and a 2 MHz doppler probe for use in later pregnancy or with larger patients. A 2 MHz waterproof doppler probe is ideal for patients who opt for underwater labor or delivery. With the Pocket Dop II, obstetrical exams are quick, easy and reliable.

Vascular Applications: Ankle/Brachial Index (ABI) and Lower Extremity Examination. Use the Pocket Dop II to compare simple Doppler blood pressures in the arm and ankle to help diagnose arterial disease in the lower extremities. Or quickly screen for lower extremity vascular conditions such as deep vein thrombosis or valvular incompetence.

Emergencies and Challenging Clinical Situations. The Pocket Dop II can be used to accurately monitor pulses and systolic blood pressures, even in the noisiest environments; confirm blood flow to wound sites, locate vessels for catheterization, withdrawal, injection or IV therapy; clearly hear low systolic blood pressures with patients who are diabetic, elderly or in shock.

ImexDopCT + Doppler

More Features for Your Investment
Once you use the ImexDopCT+, you'll understand why Nicolet Vascular is known for giving you more features for your investment. From the easy-to-use touch controls to the unique smart-charging stand, Imex included all of the features their customers asked for in a Doppler system. Imex is confident the features of the IMEXDOPCT+ will surpass the requirements of even the most demanding user. The reliability and performance of the ImexDopCT+ has been proven with years of experience and thousands of units in use.

Versatile, Interchangeable OB and Vascular Probes
Five interchangeable doppler probes covering a wide range of applications are available for use with the ImexDopCT+. The 2 MHz probe has deeper penetration and is best suited for monitoring the fetal heart tones in larger women and women later in their pregnancy. A 2 MHz waterproof probe can be used for patients who opt for underwater labor or delivery. The 3 MHz probe has a shallower penetration than the 2 MHz probe and is best suited for use with thinner women and in the early stages of pregnancy. For vascular use, the 5 and 8 MHz probes provide access to both deep and superficial arteries and veins for determining systolic blood pressures, vessel patency and locating hard-to find vessels. ImexDopCT+ probes are interchangeable with probes from the Pocket Dop II Doppler for maximum flexibility between Nicolet Doppler systems. You can store two probes at a time in the protective baskets on the unit.

Exceptional Features
Built-in, dual speakers provide superb sound quality, even in the noisiest environments. The unit is larger than Imex's pocket Dopplers, to ensure it does not get misplaced or stolen, yet it is lightweight at 2.7 lbs. The "on/off" and volume controls are easily accessible. An LED display tells you whether the system is turned on, charging or has low batteries. An automatic "off" circuit conserves battery life when not on the charging stand.

Digital Readout
The ImexDopCT+ automatically calculates the fetal heart rate or a pulse, so there is no need to use a watch. State-of-the-art autocorrelation tracks the complex fetal heart sounds and vascular blood flow to provide an accurate count every time.

Automatic Recharging
The ImexDopCT+ can be placed on a counter or mounted on the wall or to an IV pole. The convenient charging stand is one of a kind. Simply place the IMEXDOPCT+ into the stand between uses. It will automatically recharge the unit so it is ready to go when you need it next.

Pocket Dop 3 Doppler

Interchangeable Convenient Probes The Pocket Dop 3 is a valuable aid in detecting pregnancy and monitoring the fetal heartbeat. The built-in speaker amplifies fetal heart sounds to reassure the expectant mother. The Pocket Dop 3 features interchangeable probes: the 3 MHz probes is for early fetal heartbeat detection and the 2 MHz probe for use in later pregnancy of with larger patients. The small "footprint" of these probes enables them to be easily angled down behind the pubic bone for optimum detection of early fetal heartbeats. When not in use, the probe is attached to the side of the unit by a unique magnetic holder. Obstetric exams are quick, easy and reliable with the Pocket-Dop 3.

Accuracy of Autocorrelation
The Pocket Dop 3 features autocorrelation which is a pattern recognition technique that quickly acquires and accurately tracks the complex signal of the fetal heart rate. This reduces the time wasted waiting for the system to acquire the best signal to read the fetal heart rate. The system averages the heart rate on command and then shows it in a high- contrast display panel. After three minutes of non-use, the unit turns itself off.

Small Recharging System and Wall Mount
The Pocket Dop 3 comes with a convenient recharging stand to be placed on a counter or mounted to a wall. This smart recharging system will not overcharge the Doppler which ensures maximum battery life. The Pocket Dop 3 is always handy and ready for use.

Elite Doppler

Superior Performance, Ultimate Flexibility
The Elite Doppler from Nicolet Vascular offers everything that you need in a Doppler system. The Elite Doppler is a configurable, ultrasound Doppler used to detect the fetal heartbeat and to assist in monitoring peripheral arterial and venous blood flow. The Elite Doppler has a comfortable probe shape that makes finding a signal easier than ever before. Elite combines extreme sensitivity and incredibly clear, static-free sound into a compact, pocket-sized package. Plus, the various options can be configured to meet your specific needs. The Elite sets new standards for pocket Doppler performance!

Proven OB performance
The comfortable shape of the Elite Doppler Probe is easy to hold and features broad-beam technology, making it very easy to find and lock onto the signal of interest. Our probe technology has been tested in OB applications for years and is effective in detecting fetal heartbeats as early as 8 weeks in most pregnancies.

Exceptional vascular performance
Try something new! The pre-angled crystals, broad-beam technology and large probe face of our 5 MHz probe provide a unique method of quickly locating vascular signals. There is no need to angle the probe, simply align it along the vessel of interest. For users requiring a focused signal for more specific vessel assessment, the Elite also offers a traditional "pointed-style" 8 MHz probe. You'll be impressed to find the Elite vascular Doppler locates both superficial and deep than any other vessels faster and provides stronger signals manufacturer's Doppler you may have used.

High-quality Sound
The most important output of any Doppler is the sound. Static Suppression Doppler (SSD) technology provides a crystal clear, static-free signal for the best possible diagnostic information. The large, built-in speaker or optional headset provides reliable sound that can be heard publicly or privately, depending upon the situation.

2 MHz Waterproof Probe Option
For those obstetrical applications where a waterproof probe is required, Elite again offers a solution. You may choose to use a waterproof sheath, or purchase the 2 MHz waterproof probe option and simply submerge the probe when needed. The extra long cord allows the main unit to remain outside of the water bath to provide crisp, clear, undistorted sound.

Optional Heart Rate Display
Elite Doppler is available with heart rate display for both OB and vascular applications. The optional digital readout utilizes autocorrelation, a pattern recognition technique that accurately tracks the heart rate. The convenient display of the heart rate saves you counting and calculating time. The Elite automatically detects which probe is connected and calculates the heart rate based on the probe application in order to assure accurate results.

Optional Recharger
The Elite Doppler provides the convenience of standard 9 Volt alkaline battery replacement or an optional rechargeable 9 Volt battery. Choose to reduce battery replacement or improve utility of the Elite by selecting the recharging option.
