Tuttnauer Autoclaves

In the Fall of 2004 Tuttnauer redesigned and simplified the sterilizing process by combining all of the benefits all of their 2340 and 2540 series into three models. This move has downsized their sterilizer arsenal from twenty some odd machines into 3 easy to use and very effective autoclaves.
The EZ 9 autoclave and the EZ 10(k) have replaced the 2340 series and the 2540 series respectively. The EZ 10k has all the same features as the EZ 10 and has the same size chamber but has an additional quick drying cycle feature. The EZ 10k operates on a 220 volts circuit. The 2340 and 2540 manual autoclaves are still available.
With the simplicity of one touch design all of your sterilization anddrying needs are fulfilled. The Tuttnauer fully automatic autoclaves fill, sterilize, exhaust and dries at the touch of a button. All EZ models feature a closed-door active drying system to maintain sterility and ensure efficient drying of packs and pouches.
The EZ series is also available in a quick cycle model, theKwiklave (EZ10k). This sterilizer offers all the proven, dependablefeatures of our fully automatic autoclaves with the added benefit of reducing the total sterilization cycle time by 50%.
