Standard Shipping and Processing
Most purchases are shipped from our Distribution Center by UPS to
arrive 5-10 business days from date order is processed. Some items
may be sent directly from our suppliers and may take longer. Items
ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Standard (USPS) United
States Postal Service will be used for customers that wish to ship
to a PO Box.
Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto
Rico carry additional shipping charges above our Standard Delivery
Charges. Please contact our customer service department at
1-800-962-5660 for a freight quote before placing your order.
Orders are shipped the day they are processed. Orders
cannot be processed if the shipping address does not match either
the billing address of the credit card or a pre-added secondary shipping
address. To add a shipping address to your credit
card, call the 1-800 number on the back of your card and have the
secondary address added.

Truck Shipping Charges
Due to weight and bulk, some products cannot be shipped by UPS and
must be delivered by a common carrier trucking service. These products
will incur truck shipping charges that are the responsibility of the
customer - replacing the standard UPS delivery and processing charges.
Items that must be shipped by this method are offered in 4 options:
- Tailgate (Dock to Dock)-Truck Driver backs up to a receiving dock. It is then the customer's responsibility to remove the products from the truck and carry inside.
- Lift Gate Service-This service MUST be ordered if there is not a receiving dock. The driver will assist someone from the site in moving the product off the truck. Customer is responsible for unpacking, setting in place and debris removal.
- Inside Delivery-The Driver will assist someone from the site in moving the product off the truck into the main entryway of the building. The product will remain on a pallet and the customer will be responsible for unpacking, moving into the desired room, setting in place and debris removal.
- White Glove Service-This service includes inside delivery with the carrier bringing the unpacked and uncrated items into the room of your choice. It also includes the removal of all boxes, cartons, pallets and packaging.
Quick Ship Orders
As stated above, orders ship UPS Standard Ground and usually arrive
5-10 business days. We do offer additional shipping services, such as
UPS 3-Day, 2-Day and Red Overnight, upon customer request. To have your
order shipped by a service other than UPS Ground, please contact our
customer service department for a price quote prior to placing your
order. UPS shipping is based on standard business days (Ex. If we ship
your order by UPS 2-Day on Friday, you will receive your order in 2
business days, or Tuesday of the following week) Note: Rush service
is not available for some oversize items, products not currently in
stock, products shipped direct from manufacturers, or products shipped
outside the contiguous 48 states.
