All Bovie electrosurgical pencils feature removable stainless steel electrodes with standard 2.3 mm (3/32'') shafts. They are provided with either a standard blade or needle electrode and a rock-solid 3-prong connector. To give you the exact switching mechanism you desire, they are available in three versions: button, rocker, or foot-control (single-pin connector on foot-control model).

Ergonomically designed, each pencil gives you the balance and feel you demand, reducing stress and allowing you to concentrate on the procedure at hand.

The ESP7 series pencils are for use with footswitches.
