The Metrex 13-1100 CaviWipes Surface Disinfectant Wipes are durable, pre-saturated, non-woven disinfecting towelettes designed for cleaning and disinfecting hard, non-porous surfaces in healthcare environments. Each convenient canister contains 160 wipes measuring 6" x 6.75", providing an efficient solution for routine surface disinfection in medical, dental and other clinical facilities.
CaviWipes are pre-saturated with CaviCide solution and are designed to remain durable during use without bunching. When used according to label directions, CaviWipes provide efficacy against a broad range of microorganisms commonly encountered in healthcare environments.
Metrex lists a 3-minute efficacy time against organisms including Mycobacterium tuberculosis var. bovis (BCG), Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella enterica and Staphylococcus aureus. The product also has 2-minute efficacy claims against organisms including MRSA, VRE, HIV-1, HBV and HCV.
