
Shipping Information
Orders for in-stock items ship from our distribution center in Little Falls, New York via FedEx. Orders that include special or non-stock items may ship directly from the manufacturer. All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. You should receive your order within 3 to 5 business days. If your delivery will exceed this timeframe, a customer service representative will reach out with an updated estimate.
Shipping Charges
Orders under $100 are subject to an $8.00 flat shipping fee. Orders over $100 qualify for free ground shipping.
Some exceptions may apply, and additional shipping charges will be assessed for the following:
- Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii
- Orders containing refrigerated items (overnight shipping required)
- Orders with large items that require truck delivery
Please contact our customer service team for a shipping quote before placing an order that includes any of the above exceptions.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped may not be eligible for cancellation or may incur restocking fees up to 30% of the order value.
Large Item Truck Delivery
Some items require freight truck delivery and are labeled accordingly. These orders will incur actual shipping charges. You may:
- Place the order online and approve additional charges when contacted by our team
- Contact us prior to ordering to get a shipping quote and place the order directly
Delivery options based on your facility’s capabilities include:
- Tailgate Delivery (Dock to Dock): Requires a loading dock. You are responsible for unloading.
- Lift-gate Delivery (Curbside): No loading dock. Carrier unloads to the ground; you move the equipment inside.
- Inside Delivery (1st Door Only): Carrier brings items just inside the first entry.
- White Glove Service: Carrier delivers, places items in designated areas, and removes packing materials. Setup or installation is not included.
