II S.E. offers high acoustic sensitivity for superior
performance.
The Littmann Classic II S.E. Stethoscope features a
patented tunable diaphragm on one side, augmenting the
traditional bell function of the opposite side. The
patented tunable diaphragm alternates between bell and
diaphragm modes with a simple pressure change on the
chestpiece. Also features: single-lumen tubing, patented
3M Littmann Snap Tight soft-sealing eartips;
comfortably angled anatomically correct headset and
patient-friendly nonchill rim and diaphragm.

technology offers time-saving convenience, versatility
and enhanced acoustics. Unlike the traditional bell/diaphragm
design that requires turning the chestpiece to switch
between low and high frequency sounds, a Littmann
stethoscope tunable diaphragm alternates between bell
and diaphragm modes with a simple pressure change on the
chestpiece. Use light contact to hear low frequency
sounds. Press firmly for high frequency sounds.
