At the MohawkMedicalMall, customer satisfaction is our primary concern. If there is a problem with your order, please allow us to make it right. To return an item, simply call our Customer Service department at (800) 962-5660 (8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. EST) to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Returns received without a valid Return Authorization Number will not be accepted and shipped back to customer at customer expense.

MBT Footwear Returns: Upon receipt of your mBT's, please try them inside your residence on a soft surface. If mBT's have any dirt or marks on them, and look as if they were worn outside, or show wear on the sole of the shoe, they will be returned to you and you will receive no credit. Any Free Gifts or special promotions given with purchase or MBT's, must be returned with order if credit is requested. Free Gift's can be kept if returned for size or style exchange.

When returning items, please follow these steps:

  1. Repack the item(s) in the original shipping carton with adequate packing to prevent damage.
  2. Print a copy of the MohawkMedicalMall Product Return Form
  3. Fill out the form and include it and a copy of the original packing slip in the shipping carton.
  4. Write the R.A.N. and the Customer Account Number on the outside of the shipping carton.

Please examine the packing slip upon arrival of your order to ensure correct shipment. Damaged, opened or used items may not be returned. Expired pharmaceuticals and items requiring refrigeration may not be returned.

In the event the return is due to a MohawkMedicalMall error, a UPS Call Tag will be issued and return freight will be paid by MohawkMedicalMall. If the return is due to customer error, freight will be the responsibility of the customer. Upon request, MohawkMedicalMall will arrange for pickup. In this case the return freight plus a $20.00 call tag fee will be charged to the customer.

Items returned due to customer error, returns after 30 days of purchase and certain equipment items may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

Sterilizers/Autoclaves may not be returned if used or missing original box & packaging.

Some Equipment items are not routinely normally stocked by us and based on the manufacturer's return policy, may not be returned for credit.

Refunds will be granted after Mohawk Medical Mall has received the product back from the customer and the product has been inspected.
