Enzymatic Cleaners Hyde-Out neutralizes glutaraldehyde and OPA high level disinfectant / sterilant solutions and converts the solutions into non-toxic, non-hazardous waste. Once neutralized, solutions may be safely washed down the drain.* Each quart (32 oz.) of Hyde-Out will neutralize up to 2 gallons of glutaraldehyde and 16 gallons of OPA. Correct measurement of the Hyde-Out solution is made easy using the tip-and-pour bottle with graduated label. Cold Sterilants like the MetriCide family of glutaraldehydes has a 15-year history of excellence. MetriCide is a tried and true formula that is proven effective and safe. MetriCide is a 2.6% buffered glutaraldehyde that can be used and reused as a sterilant and high-level disinfectant on immersible lensed and delicate instruments for up to 14 days. Like Metricide, CIDEXPLUS 28 Day Solution offers fast, effective high level disinfection or sterilization for a wide range of materials and medical instruments. CIDEXPLUS 28 Day Solution is a 3.4% alkaline glutaraldehyde solution with excellent tuberculocidal and high level disinfection capabilities. Enzymatic Detergents: -Cetyl-Zyme Pro-Am dissolves both protein and starch-containing soils and is useful for cleaning instruments with hard to reach areas such as flexible endoscope channels, box locks and serrated edges. It may be used as a presoak or in manual, ultrasonic and automated cleaning systems or as an evacuation line cleaner. -MetriZyme is a neutral pH, non-corrosive dual enzymatic detergent designed to lift proteinaceous matter and bodily fluids from the surfaces of instruments. MetriZyme is safe for use on medical, dental and surgical equipment prior to disinfection or sterilization and has a pleasant mint fragrance.
